Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to join our Professional Service team in Stockholm. Your mission will be to act as our guiding light in Payroll integration projects.
This role is responsible for delivering first class payroll integrations to our customers. Teleopti Payroll Integration is an export of data generated from employee work schedules in Teleopti WFM, which can be imported directly into a payroll system. By using Teleopti Payroll Integration, administrators and team mangers can easily produce an accurate, up to date report for agents worked time. As a Payroll Project Manager you are responsible for driving the complex payroll projects from requirement specification documentation to acceptance testing to go live support. This is a highly autonomous role and your projects can both be of shorter and longer character, delivered from our Stockholm office or on site with customers mainly in the Nordics and Europe. You will be part of the Professional Services team and work closely with Technical Consulting, our customers and other stakeholders.

Experience from one or several of the following skills are considered advantageous:
- Experience and knowledge of payroll and HR administration and its regulations
- Consultancy experience preferably from the payroll/HR industry
- Experience of requirement specification and project management
- Experience of IT implementations
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, other European languages is a big plus
