Job description

You will act on Infinitas Group IT level but provide mainly local 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues in Stockholm as well as colleagues located at other offices in Europe. You will be part of a team of IT Support Engineers managed by the Group IT Service Manager. You will also work closely with local managers to make sure you can support your colleagues in the best way possible.

Your work

  • Coordinate external IT suppliers
  • Participate in Group IT Projects, for example, replacement of Server systems, this allows in some cases that he or she needs to travel to other locations within Europe
  • Manage small projects in relation to CRM or Marketing Automation tooling
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users who have issues with their computer or applications
  • Support the Infinitas Group IT Infrastructure Team
  • Determine KPI’s for IT end-user customer satisfaction

Your responsibility

  • Responsible for solving reported end-user issues within an acceptable time (SLA)
  • Keeping local hardware and software inventory (CMDB) up-to-date
  • Responsible for timely ordering IT Hardware
  • Represent Liber & Infinitas Group in relation to external suppliers

Your skills & background

  • Higher professional education degree or IT degree;
  • Experience working with Azure, Windows 10 and Office 365
  • General technical skills with regards to mobile & Laptop
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent in Swedish and English speaking and writing
